Thank you for your interest in Sur-Ron Electric Bike.We appreciate the fact that you enjoy purchasing the cool items we have to offer! We want to ensure that you are satisfied and have a positive overall experience after purchasing our products. That being said, we’ve included some information about our shipping and return policies below.
For electric bikes, we provide free shipping. They will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on where you live.
We will do our best to ship your order within the time frame specified after we receive it. Unpredictable events, such as severe weather, riots, and many others, do occur. As a result, we ask for your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for such shipping delays.
How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email/SMS. The tracking information will be included in the email or SMS.
Items Damaged During Transit
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are properly packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver write “damaged” on the refusal form. If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if shipping damage has been concealed, please notify us and the courier company as soon as possible.
Shipping-related damages must be reported to both the courier company and us within 7 days of shipment receipt. Take photos of the damage and request confirmation or a claim number from the courier company. Create a support ticket with Raev, describing the damage and including photos and the courier company’s confirmation number. Do not discard the original packaging.
Unless the customer requests otherwise or there are other special circumstances, all orders over $200 and warranty replacements will be shipped with signature required.
Most deliveries take place between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and must be signed for. Packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be charged a $35 reshipping fee.
Wrong Or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for and will pay for all delivery costs to re-deliver the order to the correct address. If the address you provide at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be responsible for the loss of your order.
